Dr Ipek Yükselen Saif

Ipek Yükselen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bilkent University (Ankara, Türkiye) and completed an exchange semester at SKEMA Business School (Lille, France). She received her master’s degree in Economics from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and completed her PhD in Economics from 2019 to 2024 at the University of Bamberg as part of the GradAB doctoral program at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and FAU.

Her research interests lie in labour economics, with a particular focus on gender differences in negotiation and earnings at labour market entry.

She is currently a Data Analyst at Conrad Electronic.
